To Catch A Coho

- As fall approaches in Alaska a really great game fish
known as the Silver Salmon
- or by the Indian name Coho Salmon, returns to the Kenai
River.
- These silver torpedoes begin appearing in late July and
continue entering the
- Kenai River well into September. These sizzling salmon
make absolutely crazy runs
- and arching leaps which makes them a favorite for both the
novice and veteran angler.
- Our Coho salmon average 8 - 15 pounds, and fish ranging
from 15 - 20 pounds are not uncommon.
- These salmon provide great memories, and excellent
tablefare after an enjoyable day of fishing.
